ACM SIGHPC

ACM SIGHPC stands for the Association for Computing Machinery Special Interest Group on High Performance Computing. It's a group that helps people learn more about computers and how to use them better. They do this by holding conferences, workshops and awards, and by producing books and papers to help people understand the things that make computers faster and work better. They also work with industry and government to help them understand and use high performance computing.
