Autonomous agency theory

Autonomous agency theory is a way of looking at the world. It suggests that all people have the right and power to do whatever they want with their own lives. This means that everyone has the right to think, act, and decide how they live based on their own dreams, values, and beliefs without having to worry about anyone else’s opinion. This can be especially helpful if someone else is trying to control how you act or think. Autonomous agency theory teaches us to honor and value our own ideas and decisions as much as anyone else’s.
