Body integrity dysphoria

Body Integrity Dysphoria is a feeling some people have where they believe that a part of their body should not be there. It could be something like an arm, a leg, or even a foot. It's like feeling that this part of your body doesn't belong to you and you want to get rid of it, even though it's a part of your body that helps you move around and do things.

People who experience Body Integrity Dysphoria might feel upset, sad, or frustrated by their feelings, and they may wish they could just get rid of the part of their body they don't feel comfortable with. However, it's important to remember that feeling this way is not something that someone can control, and people who experience this condition should seek professional help, like therapy or medical treatments, in order to best manage their symptoms.
