Borate oxalate

Borate oxalate is a type of molecule made up of two kinds of atoms called boron and oxygen. Together they form a "lattice," meaning lots of tiny pieces stuck together in a pattern. This lattice can be used in a variety of products because it is strong and helps the products work better. For example, borate oxalate can be added to detergents so that it does a better job of cleaning clothes.
