Cebu Declaration on East Asian Energy Security

The Cebu Declaration on East Asian Energy Security is an agreement that was signed in 2006 by the leaders of 10 East Asian countries. It is a way to make sure that these countries have enough energy (such as electricity and fuel) to use in their homes, factories, and businesses. All the countries agreed to make sure that the energy is safe and secure and that everyone in the region has access to it. They also agreed to work together to make sure that energy is used wisely and that its availability is not affected by politics. This means they will share information and work together to find ways to make sure everyone in the region has access to energy.
