Civil service commission

The civil service commission is like a special group of people who help to make sure that people who work for the government do their jobs fairly. It is made up of people appointed by the government, so they can't make decisions that could benefit any particular person. They make sure that government employees follow the rules when they are doing their job, and they can investigate complaints about people who work for the government. This helps to make sure that everyone who works for the government is treated fairly, and no one gets special treatment just because they know a certain person in the government.
