Civilization state

Civilization state is when a group of people have a shared culture, social systems, and organized government. This means that all the people living in this group follow similar rules and laws, and have similar customs and beliefs. They usually have a central city or town where important buildings and government centers can be found. They also have things like cities, roads, laws, and money. People in a civilization state usually have more safety, food, education, and other types of facilities than people in less advanced societies.
