ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Craig Barrett (chief executive)

Craig Barrett is the leader of a big company called Intel. Think of Intel like a big factory that makes tiny computer parts called microprocessors that make computers work. Craig Barrett is like the boss of this factory. His job is to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that the workers (who are called employees) are happy and have everything they need to do a good job. He also has to make decisions about what the factory should make and how much it should cost. If the factory does a good job, lots of people will want to buy its products and the company will make lots of money. That's why the boss, Craig Barrett, is so important!
