ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Czech language

Czech is a language that is spoken by people who live in a country called the Czech Republic. It's like saying "hello" and "goodbye" or telling someone what you want to eat or drink. Words in the Czech language look different than words in English, but they tell us the same thing. Czech has a lot of letters with funny accents on top of them that make the words sound different than what you might be used to hearing. Just like how a ball bounces differently on grass and pavement, the way we speak and write changes depending on what language we're using.
