ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Directorate for Inter-Services Intelligence

Hey kiddo, have you ever heard of the Directorate for Inter-Services Intelligence, also known as ISI? It's a big name, but I'll try my best to explain it simply.

Think of the ISI as a super detective agency in Pakistan, kinda like Inspector Gadget, but with a whole lot more power. They are in charge of finding out about things that could harm Pakistan, like terrorism or spying by other countries.

The ISI is made up of people from different branches of the Pakistani military and intelligence services, like the army and air force. They are super smart and know everything about spy stuff and how to keep their country safe.

They work closely with the government to gather information and intelligence, which means important information that can help them make good decisions to keep people safe. They also work outside of Pakistan in other countries, but they do this secretly so nobody knows about it.

So basically, the ISI is like the superhero of Pakistan, always keeping an eye on everything to make sure everyone is safe and sound.
