Eliot Higgins is a very smart person who studies how dangerous things like guns and bombs are used in wars and other conflicts around the world. He looks at photographs and videos from the news and social media, and he uses his special computer skills to try to figure out which countries are involved, who is fighting whom, and what kind of weapons they are using. He also helps make sure dangerous things stay out of the wrong hands, so they can't be used to hurt people.
