Employee development

Hey kiddo! Today we are going to learn about something called "Employee Development". This means that a company wants to help their employees learn new things and get better at their jobs so they can do a really good job and maybe even get a better job in the future!

So, imagine you have a toy that you love playing with. But, you're not very good at playing with it yet. Your mom might show you some tips and tricks or give you some advice on how to get better. That's kind of like what Employee Development is for adults at work.

Companies might offer training classes or special projects to help their employees learn new skills or get better at their jobs. This can help make their work easier and more efficient, and sometimes even more fun!

This is good for the company because it means their employees are doing a great job, and it also helps the employees feel more confident and happy at work. And who doesn't love feeling like they're doing a good job?
