Erdős–Kac theorem

The Erdős–Kac theorem says that, for any given whole number, the probability is about 50% that a randomly chosen number will have the same number of prime factors (counting repetitions) as the given number. So, for example if you have the number 12, there's about a 50% chance that a randomly chosen number will also have 2 prime factors (2 and 3).
