Floor buffer

A floor buffer is like a big spinning brush that helps to clean and shine floors. Imagine you have a big toy car and you want to make it super shiny. You would take a brush and spin it around really fast over and over again on the car until it sparkles. A floor buffer works the same way but on floors.

Sometimes floors get dirty or scuffed up from people walking on them. This is especially true in places like schools or stores where lots of people are walking around. A floor buffer can help fix this by scrubbing away the dirt and marks from the floor.

First, you need to put a special cleaning solution on the floor to help loosen up the dirt. Then you attach a big round pad to the bottom of the buffer that spins around like a toy top. The pad has a special coating or material that helps to scrub the floor. You turn on the buffer and carefully move it across the floor. The spinning pad will scrub the dirt and make the floor shiny again.

Floor buffers can be very big and heavy and sometimes they have big cords that need to be plugged into the wall. So, you can think of them like big cleaning robots that help keep floors looking nice and clean.
