Human resource management

Human resource management (HRM) is all about making sure that the people working in a company are supported, respected, and successful. It means making sure that everyone gets the right kind of training and help they need, that they are working in a safe and pleasant environment, and that they are fairly paid. HRM also means understanding any laws or regulations that relate to employees in the company, and making sure everyone is following them. The main goal is to make sure that people working in the company have everything they need to do their job well.
