Index checking

Index checking is a way to make sure that data is accurate. When you index check something, you look through it closely and compare it to a standard list of accepted or expected things. For example, if you're index checking a list of names, you would look through the list and then compare it to a standard list of names to make sure they all match up. This helps to make sure that everything is correct and that nothing was missed.
