Industrial sociology

Industrial sociology is a type of sociology that studies the relationship between people and their work. Industrial sociology studies how people interact in the workplace and how different working conditions and work rules can shape how people think, act, and feel. It also looks at how people's jobs can affect their overall lives and how having more job satisfaction can make people's lives better. Industrial sociology looks at how different ways of working can help or hurt workers, employers, and the economy.
