Injection-induced earthquakes

Injection-induced earthquakes are earthquakes that are caused by people. When people inject fluids, like water or gas, deep into the Earth's surface, this can cause the ground to shake and create an earthquake. This usually happens when people are trying to get natural resources like oil or gas out of the Earth. This can be dangerous, because the shaking can damage buildings, bridges, and other structures, and can even hurt people.
