Internal competition

Internal competition is when people within the same company or organization compete against each other to achieve goals or get rewards. An example would be two people in the same company who both want to get the promotion that is available. They compete against each other by working hard, showing their skills and abilities, and impressing their boss until one of them is chosen to get the promotion. Internal competition can also motivate people to work hard and do their best to succeed.
