Lamington

A lamington is a type of cake from Australia. It's made of cubes of sponge cake that are dipped in a chocolate sauce and then rolled in coconut flakes. Some varieties also have a layer of jam or cream inside. They are often served as a dessert and are popular in Australia and New Zealand.
