Medway tomb

Okay kiddo, have you heard of a tomb before? It's like a special place where people go to remember someone who has died.

Now, the Medway tomb is a tomb that is located in a churchyard in Kent, England. It is special because it was built a really long time ago, over 700 years ago! Can you imagine how old that is?

The tomb belongs to a very important person named Robert de Bradestone, who was a knight. The reason people built the tomb for him is because he did some very good things for the people in the area, like protecting them and helping them when they needed it.

So now, whenever people visit the churchyard, they can see the Medway tomb and remember the good things that Robert de Bradestone did for the community. And that's why the Medway tomb is so special!
