Mental health day

A mental health day is a day off from work or school to focus on your mental health. This might look different for everyone, but it's meant to be a day where you take care of yourself and recharge. You could do things like take a walk, do yoga, meditate, talk with a friend, watch a movie, or read a book. Taking time for your mental health can help you manage stress, have more energy, and be a better version of yourself.
