Mental health trust

Okay kiddo, a mental health trust is a group of people who work together to help people who are feeling upset, anxious, or sad.

It's like a team of superheroes who have special powers that help them to understand how people feel and how to make them feel better.

These superheroes might include doctors, nurses, therapists, and social workers. They work at special places called mental health clinics, where people go to get help.

Just like how you go to the doctor when you have a cold, people go to the mental health clinic when they have feelings that are hard to handle.

The mental health trust helps people in many ways, like talking to them, giving them medicine, and teaching them special skills to make them feel better.

They want everyone to be happy and healthy, so they work really hard to make sure that people get the help they need.
