Multidimensional transform

Multidimensional transform is a way of changing data from one form to another form. Think of it like a game of Tetris in which pieces of different shapes and sizes come down the screen and you have to rotate and fit them in to the right place. Multidimensional transform is like this, but with data! It takes data points of different shapes and sizes and puts them together in a way that makes sense. For example, this could be used to take a 2-dimensional data (like a table of numbers) and turn it into a 3-dimensional graph (with 3 coordinates instead of just 2).
