Okrent's law

Okrent's law states that an organization's size (or the number of people working for it) will double about every 15 years. In other words, a company will grow bigger and bigger, twice as fast, every 15 years. This law helps people understand why businesses get bigger and bigger over time. It's like a snowball rolling down a hill - the bigger it gets, the faster it grows!
