Ostracism

Ostracism is when someone, or a group of people, choose to ignore or exclude someone else, whether it's because of something that person did or because of how that person looks, talks, or behaves. It's like when some kids at school decide not to invite someone to their birthday party, or when somebody at work gets left out of the work lunch. It's not nice! Nobody likes feeling left out and sad, and it can really hurt.
