Parliamentary motion to impeach Tony Blair

Okay kiddo, so have you ever played a game where you and your friends make up some rules and someone doesn't follow those rules? And then everyone else decides to take away that person's turn or privileges because they didn't follow the rules? This is kind of like that.

In a big group of people called the Parliament in the United Kingdom, Tony Blair was in charge and making decisions that some other people didn't like. These people thought that Tony Blair wasn't making good choices and maybe even broke some rules.

So, they decided to do something called a "parliamentary motion to impeach Tony Blair". This means that they officially accused him of doing something bad and took a vote to try and remove him from his job as the leader.

However, this didn't end up happening because enough people in Parliament voted to keep Tony Blair as their leader. It's kind of like a big vote and the majority ruled that he could keep doing his job.

So that's what a parliamentary motion to impeach Tony Blair is all about - it's a way for some people to try and take away someone's job or position of power if they don't like what they're doing.
