Partial likelihood methods for panel data

Partial likelihood methods for panel data are a type of statistical analysis that helps us learn more about how different factors may be related to each other over time. It's often used to investigate the impact of events and changes on the outcomes of different groups, like whether a policy change affects how people feel about a certain issue. To do this, we look at a "panel" of data, which is a collection of data points that all come from a certain group over a period of time. We then compare the data from different points in time to see if there are any changes that occur when something changes. For example, we may see if a new law affects how people feel about a certain issue by tracking the same group of people over multiple points in time. This gives us a way to find out if the law had an impact or not.
