ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Public, educational, and government access

Public access means that anyone can go to a place or use a service. For example, a park is a public place where anyone can go and play or have a picnic. A library or a museum is also a public place because anyone can come in and use the resources they offer.

Educational access means that places or services are available for people to learn new things. Schools or universities are examples of educational places, as they provide people with the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills to prepare them for their future.

Government access means that people have the right to access government information and services. It includes things like voting, paying taxes, and accessing public records. It also allows people to participate in public meetings and have a say in how their community is run. This helps to ensure that the government is accountable to the people it serves.
