Public-access television

Public-access television is television programming that is produced by the public, for the public. So, anyone can make a TV show, and anyone can watch the show. Unlike some other types of TV which only show programming made by people who work for the TV networks, public-access TV shows can be made by anyone from the local community. People might make shows about their hobby or their views on a particular subject. You can usually watch these shows on your regular cable TV network or on the internet.
