Punched card

A punched card is like a piece of paper with lots of little holes in it. It was used to store data and make calculations with computers in the past. The holes were punched in the card by a machine to represent different numbers or letters. Then the punched card would be fed into a computer and it could use the information stored in the holes to do its job!
