Putt's Law and the Successful Technocrat

Putt's Law states that "Technology is the only important factor in long-term economic growth." A successful technocrat is someone who understands technology and its importance for economic growth and are able to make decisions that help move technology and the economy forward. They often work with business leaders and politicians to identify new technology and create policies that will help bring new technology to the market. They understand how to use technology to increase efficiency in businesses, solve problems, and create jobs. By using their knowledge of technology, they are able to help shape the policy decisions made by governments and businesses and help create a better future for everyone.
