ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Quantum weirdness

Quantum weirdness is the strange behavior of tiny particles, like atoms. Particles like these show strange behavior that is different from anything we usually observe in the everyday world. For example, an atom can be in two places at the same time, or it can exist as both a wave and a particle. These behaviors seem really weird to us, but they make perfect sense in the world of quantum physics.
