Second World War

The Second World War (WW2) was a war that happened between 1939 and 1945. It was a fight between two groups of countries: the Allies (which included Britain, France, the United States, the Soviet Union, and many other countries) and the Axis Powers (which included Germany, Italy, and Japan). Many countries were destroyed during this war, and millions of people died. WW2 was the deadliest conflict in human history.
