ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Serverless computing

Serverless computing is a way to run computer programs without having to manage servers or servers. Instead, computer programs can be run on computers rented from a cloud computing service. You can write code and upload it to the cloud where it will be automatically scaled up or down depending on how many people are using it. You only pay for what you use, and the cloud computing service will make sure that your computer program is always running. This makes it more cost-effective than running a server and easier to manage, since you don't have to worry about maintaining or managing the server.
