Shift work sleep disorder

Shift work sleep disorder is something that can happen to people who work different shifts at night. It can make it hard to fall asleep, stay asleep, and have enough energy during the day. Your body's natural sleep patterns can be thrown off by working all night or late into the morning. Working night shifts can make it difficult to sleep during the day, when your body thinks it should be awake.
