Sleep deprivation

Sleep deprivation is when you don't get enough sleep. Our bodies need sleep to stay healthy and happy, but sometimes we don't get enough. When you don't get enough sleep, your brain isn't able to work as well, you might feel tired and cranky, and you might have trouble doing simple activities like walking or talking. Not getting enough sleep can make it hard to concentrate and pay attention in school or other activities, and it can also make it harder for your body to fight off sickness.
