Storm drain

A storm drain is a big pipe system that helps move rainwater away from areas where people live, like our homes and streets. Normally, when it rains, the water runs off of the ground and pools up on roads, sidewalks, and other places. The storm drain helps make sure that water doesn't stay pooled up and cause a flooding problem. The storm drain takes the water away to a bigger river or place where it can drain away. So it helps keep us dry and safe!
