Yo-yo balloon
So, have you ever played with a yo-yo before? It's a toy that you can make go up and down by pulling a string. Well, a yo-yo balloon is kind of like that, but instead of a toy with a string, it's a balloon with a long rubber band attached to it.
When you blow up the balloon and let it go, it flies up into the air and the rubber band stretches out. But then, because of the way the rubber band is attached, the balloon comes back down again. This happens over and over, so it looks like the balloon is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo!
It's a really fun toy to play with because you can try to make it go as high as possible before it comes back down. And you can also try to catch it when it comes back down, like you would with a yo-yo. Just be careful not to let it pop!
