A convoy company is a group of people and vehicles who travel together to get from one place to another. It's like a big group of carpools! Usually a convoy company has at least two vehicles—one that leads the way and one that follows behind. This way they can make sure they all stay together and keep an eye out for one another. The lead vehicle lets everyone else in the convoy know what sorts of roads are coming up and how to stay together. The following vehicle is important too, to help keep the convoy company safe and reassured.
