Japanese cuisine is the food from Japan. There are lots of different dishes from Japan, with some of the most popular ones being sushi, tempura, and ramen. Sushi is made from different kinds of raw fish and vegetables, wrapped in seaweed and served with rice. Tempura is deep fried seafood or vegetables that are dipped in a light batter and served with a dipping sauce. Ramen is a soup with noodles that you can add different ingredients to, like meat and vegetables. You can also find lots of other kinds of food from Japan, like miso soup, okonomiyaki (a type of savory pancake), and yakitori (skewers of grilled meat).
