A paycheck is money that your employer pays you for working. You get paid every week or every two weeks, depending on your job. When you get paid, your employer gives you a paycheck that tells you how much money your employer has paid you. It usually has your name on it and tells you how many hours you worked and how much money your employer has given you for those hours.
