ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

quantum physics

Quantum physics is a way of looking at things in the world that are very small, like atoms and subatomic particles. It explains how these tiny particles work and behave differently from what we can see in everyday life. It tells us that the particles can exist in more than one place at the same time, and can also be like waves that spread out and move through space. It's a complicated field of science, but it's helped us to learn lots of new things about the universe.
