À la Maréchale

"A la maréchale" is a fancy way of cooking meat that has been sautéed in a pan with a simple sauce made of butter, herbs, and sometimes vinegar. Think of it like cooking a steak in a really fancy way! The name comes from a French term that means "in the style of the marshal" which is a high-ranking military officer. So, basically, we are cooking meat like someone really important would want it cooked. Yum!
