ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

(ISC)²

(ISC)² is an organization that helps people become certified in the field of cyber security. It stands for the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium. They train and certify people from all around the world to make sure that everyone is knowledgeable and prepared to defend computer systems from people who might try to do bad things like steal information or use the computer for something it wasn't meant for. They have different levels of certification, so depending on how much experience and knowledge you have in cyber security, you could get certified for different things. Once you are certified by (ISC)², you have a badge that proves you know what you are doing when it comes to cyber security.
