2001: A Space Odyssey (film)

2001: A Space Odyssey is a 1968 science fiction movie about astronauts who travel through space and discover a mysterious, powerful object called the Monolith. As they try to understand the Monolith’s purpose, they are put into an epic adventure that takes them through many incredible places in space. Along the way, they also meet a very smart computer AI named HAL 9000, who helps them but also causes some trouble for the crew. It's a movie about discovery, adventure, friendship, and the power of technology in our lives.
