2011 Indian anti-corruption movement

The 2011 Indian Anti-Corruption Movement was a series of protests in India against corruption in the government. People were fed up with politicians and government officials taking bribes, or money in exchange for favors, and not doing what was best for the people. So, people from all over India took to the streets to protest against corruption. They shouted slogans, held marches, and spoke out against dishonesty. Their message was clear: no more corruption! The protests were successful and the government had to take action and make important changes. As a result, laws are now in place to punish people who take bribes and to make sure that government officials can be held accountable for their actions.
