A Green New Deal

A Green New Deal is a proposal to fight climate change and make sure everyone has a good job. It would put money into renewable energy like solar and wind, so we don't use non-renewable energy like oil, coal, and gas. It would also help people get jobs building things like windmills and solar panels. Finally, it would help people pay for better public transportation and make it cheaper to buy green things like electric cars. All of this would help us use less fossil fuels and make our air and water cleaner.
