ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

A moron in a hurry

Okay kiddo, so imagine there's a guy named Bob who is not very smart. We call him a "moron."

Now, let's say there's something happening - like a big lawsuit or a new law being passed - and someone is trying to argue that two things are too similar and people might get confused.

They might say "even a moron in a hurry could see that these two things are the same!" That means that even someone as silly as Bob, who rushes around without paying attention, would be able to see that these two things are too alike.

It's kind of like saying "it's really obvious, anyone could see it!" even if they're not very smart or aren't paying close attention.
