ATSC Standards

ATSC stands for Advanced Television Systems Committee. They are standards for broadcasting digital television signals. The ATSC standards help TV networks and viewers understand how TV signals should be sent and what information each signal should include. Basically, these standards make sure all TVs are able to receive and display digital TV signals.
